Kings/Lane Topfloors – Phase II

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, right at the entrance to the Vondelpark in the cherished Willemspark neighborhood, lies a hidden gem. A 1913 city villa is being transformed into something that will surpass its original grandeur. Upon completion, it will house six spacious and elegant apartments. The three units from Phase I, known as *The Doubles*, have been sold, and construction on Kings/Lane is underway. Phase I is now completely sold out.

Kings/Lane is located in the heart of Willemspark, between the Vondelpark and Koninginneweg—an exceptional corner location at the intersection of Koningslaan and Emmalaan. A High-End Transformation
The transformation of Kings/Lane has begun. The building will meet modern standards of comfort, insulation, and energy efficiency, featuring HR++ glazing, extra-thick internally insulated walls, and a fully insulated roof. Careful attention has been given to ensuring an optimal indoor climate. In winter, underfloor heating and a gas fireplace create a warm, cozy atmosphere. In summer, a smartly engineered cooling system—including floor cooling—keeps the apartment pleasantly cool. Each home is equipped with its own heat pump connected to a shared geothermal source.

Design Your Own
Kings/Lane gives you the freedom to create a home that perfectly suits your wishes. Your apartment begins as a blank canvas—a space without limitations. From layout to finishes, every detail is up to you. The apartment is purchased in shell condition, as outlined in the technical specifications. The floor plans provided serve as inspiration and have been designed by interior architect Alessia Mainardi, who is known for her focus on style, functionality, and refinement. Alessia is renowned for her bespoke interior concepts. Alternatively, you can realize a completely custom interior design with an architect of your choice. If desired, a separate construction contract can be arranged for the fit-out.
